About Us
We have delivered IT strategy, consulting, and support services since 1993. We have four full time employees and a global network of partners and consultants that we work with. We manage and support our clients’ physical and cloud infrastructure, and also help them with many other IT challenges. We are proud to serve American companies with offices across the United States, as well as Italian companies seeking IT support in their US offices.
At Rocon Technology, we care deeply about quality: the quality of our services, and the quality of our clients. We run our own helpdesk, and clients who call with a problem will be talking to someone who knows them and their business. The staff member who talks to a client about fixing a broken keyboard may be the same person managing much more challenging backend issues. We never want a client to have a bad experience when they call for IT support.

We are a small, highly experienced team, and whenever you run into an issue that you need help with, you’ll be talking to someone who either helped set up your account or has helped you with another problem in the past. We offer access control systems; backup and disaster recovery; business continuity planning; cloud computing; cyber security; helpdesk and deskside support; hosted solutions including email, 365, SharePoint, file backup and sync, and many other services. We offer our clients IT services on a yearly contract based on a monthly recurring fee. This fee structure allows our clients to predict their annual costs.

Day-to-day support is provided by a pool of engineers who respond based on priority levels L1, L2, or L3.
Each client is assigned an account Concierge to oversee the client’s entire IT ecosystem. The account Concierge can address any issues and/or questions that need to be addressed beyond the Help Desk.
